John Vrabel has been building successful businesses for over 4 decades. In 2000, John started using the internet to attract, service and retain new customers for an established heating oil and propane company. Over the course of 9 years, John was able to develop a significant e-commerce business serving over 80,000 customers online with their heating fuels. John and his partners launched the Energy Engine in 2010, providing fuel dealers with a fully-functional, ecommerce system enabling fuel dealers to grow their customers, gallons and profits efficiently and effectively. Ann Ward, Ward Certified Consulting, LLC, helps her clients discover their obstacles to successful interactions and uses coaching, training, facilitating and support to overcome or remove those barriers. Ann focuses on identifying and developing solutions and “best practices” associated with growth, organizational change, and mergers in order to achieve improved customer interactions and increased performance. Michelle Wilson is Vice President, Consumer Focus Marketing & ServicEdge and provides strategy and management of marketing including interactive websites, social media, SEO, email marketing, and various print materials. In addition to marketing, she heads up ServicEdge™ which focuses on improving service department profitability, providing consulting services in the area of financial analysis, business planning, employee training and company valuations. Nilesh Yagnik leads the Loyalty Solutions Center of Excellence and is responsible for shaping Synchrony’s loyalty strategy. His scope includes collaborating with our partners to drive loyalty with both credit and multi-tender loyalty products. Prior to 2012 Nilesh led marketing for the Specialty Retail Group which consisted of a dozen retailers including Amazon, American Eagle and Steinmart. Nilesh is a 18 year GE veteran and has been with Synchrony for 15 years.
