Kevin Steele is Vice President of H.B. Steele & Son, Inc., a third generation heating oil retailer/ HVAC company. His grandfather founded the company in 1947. Kevin has been President of Berks-Schuylkill Oil Heat Association 52 since 2008. He graduated Shippensburg University, John L. Grove College of Business with a degree in marketing. Mark Stillman has over 20 years of leadership experience in the energy sector. He possesses deep practical knowledge of industry specific technology solutions, fuel procurement and hedging, and front line operations. He has proven expertise in business process optimization, financial analysis, and the creation of innovative growth strategies for a dealer community facing increasingly competitive market dynamics. He is committed to helping the industry adjust to volume and margin pressures as well as a new breed of unpredictable energy consumers. Collin Sullivan is responsible for driving all new sales opportunities for products and services of AVATAS. Collin has been with AVATAS since 2009 and previously served as Channel Sales Manager for the inside sales department. Collin earned a B.A. in Policy Management from Dickinson College and was a member of the nationally ranked lacrosse program for all four years. Jim Todd has been in the HVAC industry for over 35 years. His career began driving a range oil truck, progressing from there into service, management, system design and expert witness work. Presently he is a Technical Sales and Support representative for R.W. Beckett. In this role he works directly with numerous customers, wholesalers, sales and factory engineers and OEM personnel, performing technical support and training. Thomas J. Tubman is the Executive Director of the American Energy Coalition (AEC). Tom has focused on building name recognition, fundraising to support the Coalitions goals and developing relationships with State Oilheat Associations. He is a member of the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Technical Advisory Committee, the American Society of Heating Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the National Association of Oil & Energy Service Professionals, (OESP).
