Chris Compton has 20 years of experience as a college HVACR instructor. He is a Certified Master HVAC Educator and holds all five NATE certifications. Early on, he saw the trend to online education and in 2001 started HVACRedu.net which has become the leading online provider of technical training to the HVACR industry and related trades. In addition to serving as CEO and Content Development Manager of HVACRedu.net, he is an educational consultant and advisor to online HVACR and Building Performance learning efforts worldwide. Michael Davis is VP, Member Services at NACS, the Association for Convenience & Fuel Retailing. His background includes convenience, grocery, discount, and specialty store retailing, consulting, online publishing, and trendspotting. He is responsible for providing products, services, information and advice to its approxinately 2,200 retail and 1,600 supplier members. Roger Daviston, The Daviston Group, is a personal growth consultant who facilitates and encourages individuals to change behavior and make different choices to achieve better outcomes. Roger has 30 years of business experience and a solid financial understanding of business. He built and sold two profitable businesses, one a residential replacement HVAC business. Joseph DiFranco is currently managing Energi’s Investigational Management Team responsible for the early response, evaluation and investigation of all claims and losses including but not limited to those involving fire and explosion, accident reconstruction and environmental. Joe is a nationally certified fire and explosion investigator and vehicle fire investigator with 15 years of experience in fire and explosion investigations. Patrick Donahue is the Regional Risk Manager in the Northeast Region for Federated Insurance. During his time at Federated, Patrick has obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Designation, Associate in Management (AIM) Designation, & Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) Designation. 44
