She was the CEO and co-founder of one of the first video-based internet sites, a company she grew to a million dollar plus entity. Tom Stayer is the Northeast Manager for BCS America and travels throughout the region presenting the FCX Boiler. Tom spent over ten years in the HVAC, electrical, and solar field as an installation and service technician. In the late 1990’s, Tom was offered a position with Burnham Boilers working in the R&D department and then gradually moved his way into the Radiant Heat Department.
