49 Timmie M. McElwain, President of Gas Appliance Service, which provides training and consulting for those servicing gas combustion equipment. He is one of the top experts in gas-fired heating and water heating and has over 50 years experience. He is a certified instructor and test proctor for the Propane Gas Association in their CETP program and has written numerous articles on gas service. He is a certified and approved instructor for the Limited Natural Gas and Propane licenses for Rhode Island. He also owns and operates the Gas Training Institute located in Rhode Island. Bob Melinis has been with Weil-McLain for 10 years and been in the industry for over 30 years, starting as an Engineering Lab Technician for a boiler and burner manufacturer. Bob provides training and technical support to contractors and distributor personnel, supporting the regional sales team. He assists Product Managers and Engineering in providing feedback on new product development and assists in developing installation and operating manuals for new products. Gary Missigman has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and is the owner of The Powderhorn Agency, Inc. Gary has developed numerous environmental programs for residential customers, including ProGuard, the leading residential oil storage tank program. The ProGuard Program has been providing cleanup and tank replacement coverage to over 30,000 fuel oil customers across 13 states for the past 15 years. Caitlyn Monaghan has been managing Clyde S. Walton, Inc.’s Facebook page for just over 3 years. She now acts as the Director of Marketing for Clyde S. Walton, Inc.—a position created to allow her to focus her creative talents and energies on continuing to grow the company.
