John Levey is a consultant and educator with over 40 years experience in the HVAC industry. John is the President of Oilheat Associates, Inc. a NY consulting firm specializing in industry education and mergers/ acquisitions. He serves as Director of Education for the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA); serves on the National Fire Protection Association Technical Committee on Liquid Fuel Burning Equipment (NFPA-31); and is a member of the Underwriter’s Laboratories Standards Technical Panel for Above Ground Oil Tanks (UL- 80). John wrote and co-produced seventeen training videos for the Oilheat industry. Jason Mangos is the Field Support Representative for the Mid-Atlantic and Metro regions with ECR International. He was previously employed with an agency covering eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey. Prior to that, Mr. Mangos served as the National Technical Trainer and Sales Support Liaison for Crown Boiler Company. Mangos currently serves on the Education Committee for OESP, is a NATE certified trainer, and is well-versed in hydronics, condensing and conventional boilers. Marc Marchillo is National Sales Trainer for Aprilaire/Research Products, and is one the industries’ leading and most dynamic Sales Trainers. Marc has done numerous HVAC-IAQ Accessory radio programs as well as sales and motivational sales training seminars in many different industries. Marc has over 35 years of experience in teaching real world, easy to use techniques to salespeople and service technicians alike. Roger Marran is President and CEO of Energy Kinetics, Inc., a mechanical engineer and a recognized industry expert, he works directly with heating professionals, trade organizations, and efficiency experts to deliver energy efficient, reliable, and service friendly solutions that substantially reduce energy consumption without sacrificing comfort. Roger is actively involved with the Department of Energy, EPA and ENERGY STAR®, and ASHRAE committees. These include full fuel cycle efficiency, appliance efficiency, building envelope, and distribution efficiency. 48
