Show Information • Registration Desk is open from 8:00am – 5:00pm and accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for registration and ticket sales. • All attendees and exhibitors must wear their convention badge for admittance to the trade show and business programs. • Admission to the trade show is FREE for qualified attendees. This includes petroleum marketers, petroleum distributors and retail dealers, HVAC contractors, Oilheat Technicians; C-store marketers, HVAC supply houses and petroleum equipment contractors, students, instructors, drivers and plumbers. • Trade Show: Be sure to visit all three exhibit areas: Tuesday, May 24 12:00noon – 6:00pm Wednesday, May 25 10:00am – 2:00pm • OESP’s Dave Nelsen Scholarship Golf Tournament tees off at 10:00 a.m. Elmridge Golf Course, Pawcatuck. • Four tracks of Business Programs are being conducted: Technical, Business, Motor Fuel/CStore and Women in Energy tracks. Your paid convention registration fee entitles you to choose from more than 50 sessions and workshops. • OESP’s Opening Reception on Monday evening starts at 6:30pm • Supplier Hospitality Night will be held Monday evening starting at 6pm. • The Keynote Session, featuring, Ben Brockwell, OPIS will be held on Tuesday at 11:15am. • Enjoy free food and drink at Tuesday’s Networking Reception on the Trade Show Floor starting at 4:30pm. • OESP’s Awards Banquet on Tuesday begins at 7:00pm. Tickets can be purchased at the registration desk. • Don’t rush home when the Trade Show closes on Wednesday! In addition to the afternoon’s business programs, including a special Joint Closing Session at 3:30pm featuring Roger Daviston and Dr. Michael Semon, we have a party at High Rollers Luxury Lanes at 6:30pm. This is a ticketed event. • We, Women in Energy, a new EEE track, features informative business programs, a networking reception, and a final brunch program. Events are held on Wednesday and Thursday. 12
