Coty Inc. announced that it has completed the merger of The Procter & Gamble Co.’s fine fragrance, color cosmetics, salon professional and hair color and certain styling businesses. Precision Global, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, announced that it has acquired Ralpet Plastics Pty Ltd, a manufacturer of injection and blow molded plastics products. Ball Corp. announced an agreement to sell its tin manufacturing facility in Baltimore, MD to U.S.- based Independent Can Co. for approximately $25 million. The transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2016. BWAY Corp. announced it acquired KLW Plastics from KODA Enterprises Group. Pro Mach, Inc. announced it has acquired California-based Pacific Packaging Machinery, a manufacturer of rotary and inline filling and capping solutions for aerosol products, among others. Pacific and its Pack West division bring new filling and capping capabilities to Pro Mach that will allow it to better serve food, pharmaceutical, personal care, home care and chemical customers who produce light to viscous products or want a lower capacity inline solution.
