The Midwest Aerosol Association (MAA) will hold its Spring Dinner
Meeting & Social Networking Event at Top Golf in Chesterfield, MO

The British Aerosol Manufacturers Association’s (BAMA) two-day
Aerosol Technology course, set for March 17–18 at The Woburn Hotel,
Woburn, UK, has a new format. The course will cover aerosol
regulations, formulations and filling, advice on propellants, valves
and containers, and now lab tests, which were previously carried out
later in the year. The cost of the course includes overnight accommodation

The Center for Professional Advancement (CfPA) is holding its
Aerosol Technology course June 9–11 in New Brunswick, NJ. The
course will teach the most current and major developments in aerosol
technology; formulations; quality assurance procedures; aerosol
containers, valves, actuators and propellants and State and Federal
regulations. The course is designed for chemists, engineers, scientists
and technologists and is taught by Ian Gecker, a consultant to the

The European Aerosol Federation (FEA) Global Aerosol Events
2020 is set for Sept. 23–24 in Lisbon, Portugal at the Feira Internacional
de Lisboa. Currently, more than 60% of the exhibition space
is sold. Organizers urge exhibitors and visitors to register soon, as

FEA has also issued a call for abstracts for the “Food for Brains”
session on Sept. 24 to share expertise and investigate new perspectives,
challenges and development of aerosol dispenser technology.

The Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) has issued a call for
abstracts for papers at the podium lectures during the 74th Annual
Scientific Meeting set for Dec. 15–16 at the Sheraton New York
Times Square. SCC is seeking submissions regarding a new or
novel ingredient, process or formulation technology; sustainability;
regulatory; safety and/or testing and claims in a variety of categories.

RB has revamped its ingredient disclosure website for U.S. products,
rbnainfo.com, and plans to have all labels on the site by the
end of 2020. Initially created in 2009, the upgraded portal gives
additional technical details, including fragrance information, and
enhanced search functions for brands such as Lysol and Air Wick
either by product name or UPC barcode.
