Coty Inc.’s Chairman Peter Harf has been appointed CEO, replacing
Pierre Laubies. Harf is a managing partner of Coty’s largest shareholder,
JAB Holding Co. Previously, Harf served as Chairman &
CEO of Benckiser NV, Deputy Chairman of Reckitt Benckiser and
Chairman of AB InBev. Pierre Denis, who was previously tapped as
CEO, has stepped down from Coty’s Board and will remain a Senior
Advisor. Harf will jointly oversee a newly created Executive Committee
that also includes CFO Pierre-Andre Terisse and newly appointed
Chief Transformation Officer Gordon von Bretten.
Noel Wallace, President & CEO of Colgate-Palmolive Co., has been
elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Board Member.
He replaces Ian Cook, Chairman of the Board and a Director of
Colgate-Palmolive Co., who retired after more than 44 years with
the company. Martina Hund-Mejean, former CFO of Mastercard
Inc., has also been elected to Colgate’s Board of Directors. Charles
Bancroft, Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Executive VP, Head of Integration
and Strategy & Business Development, has resigned from Colgate’s
Board, on which he served since 2017.
The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) has appointed Dr. Ashley
N. Queen to the new position of Director, Microbiology & Public
Health. Queen’s focus will be ACI’s Topical Antiseptics Program.
She hails from the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), where
she was a Senior Staff Fellow in the Center for Drug Evaluation &
Research.

her career at Procter & Gamble, moved to PepsiCo, joined
Danone and was hired by Mars where she most recently served as
Regional President of Pet Nutrition Europe.
Edgewell Personal Care Co. appointed Eric O’Toole as President
North America. With nearly 30 years of experience, he most recently
served as GM of Walmart’s Sports & Fitness E-Commerce
Division, and previously served with Jet.com, Groupe Danone
and Nabisco/Kraft. O’Toole is also a member of Edgewell’s

Diversified CPC International has announced plans to construct a
new, multi-million dollar manufacturing and distribution facility at
the Iron Horse Terminals in Beaumont, TX. Phase one of the site
is expected to be operational in the third quarter of this year. It will
be the company's second major U.S. production and distribution
facility, with the other located in Channahon, IL. The company also
has regional facilities located in New Jersey, Florida, Mississippi and
California.

new products and supply chain efficiency,” stated President & CEO

Unilever announced it will combine its Dutch and British arms into
one London-based company, two years after moving its headquarters
to Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Combining the two branches,
which have existed since 1930, will help the company be more
responsive during the COVID-19 pandemic, Unilever said. However,
the company’s presence and employees in both countries will remain
“unchanged,” and Unilever will still be listed on the London and
Amsterdam stock exchanges. Unilever’s refreshments division will
remain in Rotterdam and the home care, beauty and personal care
division will stay in the UK.
Terra Cycle has formed new hair care aerosol recycling partnerships
with Herbal Essences (Procter & Gamble), Schwarzkopf (Henkel)
and Living Proof in the U.S. There is no cost to consumers
to participate in the programs, however there are certain shipping
requirements.
