PB Heat, LLC announced it will again offer a full training schedule in 2016. Classes will be held at the Peerless® Boiler Training Lab in Boyertown, PA. The new Peerless® Training Trailer will also be on hand for live-fire demonstrations. Attendees will work on live-fire boilers and boiler controls and will receive PB Heat’s “Colors of Heat” full-color piping system design manual. Live-fire training seminars are led by Gerry Hogan and are open to professional installers/ contractors, engineers and wholesalers. Topics include: high efficiency gas and oil products, venting, piping and controls. Seminars have a $100 fee including overnight accommodations at a local hotel, dinner, continental breakfast and catered lunch and are held: Apr. 12-13 (Color of Water); May 10-11 (Color of Steam); Jun. 14- 15 (Color of Water); Aug. 16-17 (Color of Water); Sept. 13-14 (Color of Water); Oct. 11-12 (Color of Steam)and Nov. 15-16 (Color of Water). PB Heat announces full 2016 training schedule Gas Appliance Service Training Schedule New Products... Residential Tank Monitor Independent Technologies, Inc. (ITC) announced the WESROC Remote Monitoring System’s new economical Residential Cellular Tank Monitor (RTM). The unit monitors propane and refined fuel tank levels. It checks the tank every minute for instant event reporting of low and critically low levels and tank fills. Instant alerts are sent when the monitor reaches preset levels and all tanks report at least once a week. The operating temperatures range from -40°C to +60°C (-40°F to +140°F). The unit and field replaceable battery have a three year warranty. Additionally, ITC also announced that WESROC’s Industrial Cellular Remote Monitor (CTM) will now operate on all of the major cellular networks and scores of smaller networks in the U.S. and Canada. Two-stage aerosol spray Featuring a two-stage spray nozzle, industrial Desolv Aerosol safely powers off dirt, biological contaminants, debris and films within minutes using a concentrated, atomized and odorless spray that penetrates deeply into evaporator coils and blowers. The self-rinsing formula helps dislodge contaminants that potentially reduce coil heat transfer and clog evaporator condensate drain pan orifices. The product contains no acid or aggressive chemicals and does not separate, regardless of storage time.
