We find that marketers continue to look for the expertise that contract fillers can provide, especially when
this expertise goes beyond filling to include value-added services such as new product innovation. This is
something that we dedicate tremendous resources to every year.
The last year (2020) has been difficult for everyone; we endured the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic
the same as any other business. In April of 2020, the facility briefly shut down for three weeks in order to
proactively put measures in place to keep the employees safe in the midst of the pandemic. Thankfully, the
majority of our products remained active throughout the year, and despite the circumstances, we were able
to continue operations safely as well as continue to introduce more innovations to the marketplace.

Overproduction and excess capacities exist in this market, like in many others, due to excessive capital
(e.g. money printing, subsidies). Due to state subsidies and money printing, the market cannot excessive capacities remain and bring down prices. Therefore, it’s not easy to make a profit some special products and very flexible services—this is what we are doing.
The COVID-19 hysteria didn’t affect our production, luckily, and of course it could also disinfectant manufacturers. Contract filling demand continues to increase heading into 2021 and the foreseeable future.–U.COVID-19 has been harsh from a logistical point of view, such as ensuring security standards workers. We have been lucky financially thanks to our mix of clients. The historical clients didn’t perform well, while others in the disinfection business have soared.
For 2021, we expect to perform well, but we see threats of disrupted supply chains. For materials coming from China or tinplate cans coming from Turkey could be disrupted by containers. ”
