Scott Smith, Research Fellow Advanced Packaging
TPT, is retiring from the Procter & Gamble Co.
after more than 37 years. Smith has numerous
patents across formulation, processing and packaging
innovations. He has contributed widely to the
aerosol industry in the areas of technical advancement,
sustainability and regulatory affairs.
“I have enjoyed my involvement in the aerosol
industry and specifically working with SPRAY to
grow the aerosol platform of products and packaging,” Smith stated.
Vincent Warnery has assumed the role of CEO of
Beiersdorf AG. Warnery has been a member of
Beiersdorf’s Executive Board since February 2017
and most recently headed the firm’s North American
business. Warnery succeeds Stefan De Loecker,
who will help the CEO transition through June 30.
Warnery previously hailed from
Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal and
Sanofi.
The American Cleaning Institute (ACI) has named
Brennan Georgianni as Director, State Government
Affairs. He hails from the Plastics Industry
Association, where he served as Manager, State
Government Affairs.
The Estée Lauder Cos. (ELC) has tapped Meridith Webster for the
newly-created role of Executive VP, Global Communications &
Public Affairs. Webster joins ELC from the Biden White House,
where she served as Special Assistant to the President and Chief of

Alexandre Eboli has been named Executive VP & Chief Supply
Chain Officer at Conagra Brands, Inc., effective Aug. 2. Eboli
succeeds Dave Biegger, who is retiring. Eboli most recently served as
Head of Supply Chain, North America for The Unilever Group.
Mariano Puig Planas, former President of Spanish
family-owned fragrance company Puig, has died at
the age of 94. He held the post for more than 30
years, starting in 1957. In 1998, Puig and his three
brothers stepped down from running Puig, founded
by their father Antonio, and gave control to the
next generation. Puig Planas continued to serve
as Chairman of the Puig family holding company,
Corporación Exea Empresarial, from 1996–2003.
He also served as President of the
Puig Foundation until May 2014.
At L’Oréal, Asmita Dubey has been promoted to
Chief Digital Officer and appointed as a Member
of the Group’s Executive Committee. She
previously served as Chief Media Officer. Dubey
succeeds Lubomira Rochet, who
has left the company.
The International Fragrance Association (IFRA)
has welcomed Aurélie Perrichet as Europe Regional
Director. She hails from Specialised Nutrition
Europe, where served as Executive Director
for nine years. Prior, Perrichet
worked as a lawyer specializing
in European law and policy.
Tyler Whitehead has been tapped as CEO of
Arbonne PBC. Whitehead hails from Nu Skin
Enterprises, Inc., where he served as President,
West Region, and prior, VP of Sales & Operations
Americas and VP & General Counsel.
Robin Mason has been appointed President, Fine Fragrance
North America at Firmenich,
effective June 14. Mason hails
from Shiseido where she
was Senior VP for Shiseido
Fragrances & Global Senior
VP for Tory Burch. Previously,
Mason served with Elizabeth
Arden, Estée Lauder Cos. and
Macy’s.
