Andre Schulten has been elected CFO of the
Procter & Gamble Co., succeeding Jon Moeller,
effective March 1. Schulten is currently Senior VP–
Baby Care, North America. Moeller will retain his
roles as Vice Chairman & COO.
Stanley Sutula has been appointed CFO of Colgate
Palmolive Co. He formerly served as Executive
VP & CFO of Pitney Bowes Inc., and prior, VP
& Controller of IBM. Sutula succeeded Henning
Jakobsen, who retired.

joined L’Oréal in 1995. Christina
Fair has been named President of L’Oréal USA’s Active Cosmetics
Division, North America. She formerly served as Global GM of
SkinCeuticals, and prior, VP of Global Marketing for SkinCeuticals
DMI. Fair will also join L’Oréal USA’s Strategic Committee.

Mary Kay Inc. has appointed Wendy Wang as
Chief Commercial Officer in the Asia Pacific. She
will be based at the company’s HQ in Addison, TX.
Wang joined Mary Kay China in 2002 as counsel
for the Asia Pacific region in the Corporate Legal
Dept. She most recently served as VP & Associate

CA Governor Gavin Newsom appointed Liane
Randolph as the new Chair of the California Air
Resources Board (CARB). Randolph has been a Commissioner at
the California Public Utilities Commission since 2015. She was
Deputy Secretary & General Counsel at the California Natural Resources
Agency from 2011–2014. The Governor also appointed John
Balmes, Davina Hurt, Gideon Kracov and Tania
Pacheco-Werner to the CARB Board.
The Hallstar Co. has appointed Chris Nyarady as
North American Sales Director for Hallstar Beauty.
Nyarady will report to Germano Coelho, VP of
Global Commercial Operations. Nyarady previously
held the position of VP of Sales for Montebello
Packaging.
Chad Moline was promoted to VP of Business Development at Spray
Products Corp. He was previously Director of Business Development.

OBITUARY
Antal György Almásy, President of the Brazilian Aerosol Association
(ABAS) for 2020–2022, died on Dec. 13 of COVID-19. A chemical
engineer and aerosol chemist, Almásy was Technical Director at
AeroService Tecnologia & Treinamento
Ltda in São Paulo, Brazil. He also taught
Aerosol Technology courses at FATEC
Diadema Tecnologia em Cosméticos and
was a postgraduate professor in Aerosol
Technology at Instituto Racine. He was
particularly proud of the aerosol lab installed
at FATEC Diadema. Under Almásy’s leadership,
ABAS’ Aerosols for the Fight against
COVID-19 campaign donated 300,000 free
aerosol hand sanitizers with 70% alcohol
for exclusive use in Brazilian hospitals. For
its efforts, ABAS won the 2020 Sustainable Development Achievement
Award from the European Aerosol Federation (FEA). Almásy
was also co-author of the Nanosal patent, winning a Paris Aerosol
Dispensing Forum (ADF) Food Innovation Award in 2017.
