Procedure:
Add TERGITOL 15-S-9 Surfactant, TIPA LFG85, Hexyl CARBITOL Solvent
and DOWANOL PPh Glycol Ether. Mix well. Add Barquat MS-100, which
could be dispersed at room temperature but will require a few hours, or heat
until ~60°C and mix for ~30 minutes. Cool down <30°C if necessary. Add
perfume and dyes at this stage, as this is the concentrated version that is stable.
Add water to get right dilution. Mix at ~160 RPM during the whole process.

Eco-Safe Glass Cleaner
Description:
This is an eco-conscious and biodegradable formula, formulated with minimal
ingredients. Alkyl polyglucosides in the the SIMULSOL SL range have a
similarity with natural compounds that leads to very favorable toxicological and
ecotoxicological behavior. The SIMULSOL SL range is also effective in removing
dirt and grime from glass without streaking and leaves a real “shining effect.”
SIMULSOL SL 11 W is a non-ionic non-ethoxylated surfactant prepared
from glucose and C11 fatty alcohol that provides high wetting properties. This
cleaner is suitable for a trigger spray, BOV or pump pack.

Sanitary Cleaner, Corrosion Protection

Description:
This is a strongly acidic cleaner for acid-resistant sanitary surfaces. It also
removes films from cement or joint mortar on tiles. The optimum form of
application is by foam spray. The foam formed in this way is stable and allows
a longer exposure time. Foam application prevents unintentional wetting of
neighboring surfaces.
