ICMAD honors cosmetics innovators 11th annual CITY award winners announced at Cosmoprof Las Vegas The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers & Distributors (ICMAD) announced the winners of its 11th annual Cosmetic Innovator of the Year (CITY) Awards held America in Convention during Cosmoprof North America in July at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
