Procedure:
Mix Part A ingredients with heat to 70°C in an auxiliary vessel using low
shear. Mix Part B ingredients in the main vessel at 70°C with low shear.
Add Part A to Part B under high shear and cool. Add Part C ingredient
with low shear.
