Description:
This formulation is a “spray and walk away” tire dressing that dries extremely
fast and is California A.R.B compliant. The formulation provides
premium shine and premium darkening/color enhancement of tires.
Treated tires have a glossy, dark “car show” appearance.

Procedure:
Add the Part A ingredients in the order shown into a mixing vessel suitable
for handling flammable liquids and vapors. Use a mixing impeller
with adequate turnover flow at the bottom of the container. Rinse the
load lines and any additional containers with the Part B ingredient while
adding it to the mixing vessel.
Properties:
Dow Corning OS-2 Silicone Cleaner and Solvent is flammable. Review
the Dow Corning Safety Data Sheet and use appropriate cautions during
use. The above formulation is flammable (flash point = 27ºF). Follow the
appropriate labeling and shipping of packages containing this formula.
Including the isoparaffin solvent prevents the formula from drying before
the gloss agents cover the tire uniformly and also lowers the formula cost.

Anti-Fog Window Cleaner
(Formula #H-HS-00450)
Description:
Deliver improved anti-fog and reduced hard water spots with this window
cleaner with long lasting effects. Noverite 301 polymer is a high performance
surface-substantive polymer that makes hard surfaces hydrophilic.
The resulting water sheeting effect inhibits fogging on glass and reduces
the formation of hard water spots. Noverite 301 polymer is water soluble
and easy to dose liquid additive that is effective at low dosage levels.

Procedure:
Add solvents to deionized water with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add surfactant
to deionized water with mixing. Mix until uniform. Adjust pH with
ammonia (25%). Mix until uniform. Add fragrance and preservative with
mixing. Mix until uniform. Add Noverite 301 polymer with gentle mixing.

Procedure:
Combine Parts A, B, and D and mix well until clear and uniform. Add
Part C and mix until uniform and milky white. The pH will range from
4.00 — 5.50. The dilution factor for the Waterless Car Wash is typically set
at 8:1. Measure out eight parts Water and one part Waterless Concentrate.
Mix or shake until uniform.
