and heat to 85°C. Emulsion: once Part A and Parts BCD are at 85°C, combine
them and homogenize at 4,000 rpm for four minutes. Cool down the batch with
low shear mixing to 40°C and add Part E. At ambient temperature, check and
adjust pH to 7–7.5.

Procedure:
In the main vessel, combine all ingredients of Part A and stir well for 30 minutes
with a disperser. Premix Part B and add this premix to Part A and stir well until it
is hydrated. Begin heating to 70–75°C and add SYNTRAN 5778. Combine Part D
ingredients in another vessel and begin heating to 75–80°C. Then add Part D to
the main vessel while stirring and homogenize the emulsion. Cool the batch and
add Part E at 40–45°C. Mix well between each addition. Avoid aeration.

Procedure:
In the main beaker, homogenize Part A ingredients while heating to 75–80°C
until homogeneous. In a side beaker, mix Part B while gently heating until
fully dissolved and clear. Add Part B to the main beaker and mix until homogeneous.
Start to cool down the batch, add Part C ingredients and continue
mixing. At room temperature, add Part D and mix until homogeneous. Stop
at 25°C.
