mixing. Weigh out all Part B ingredients (except Solaveil CT-300 and Solaveil
XT-300) and heat to 80–85°C. Once temperature reaches 80–85°C, add Solaveil
and continue mixing. At 80–85°C, add Part B into A, and homogenize 2–3
minutes. Cool to 40°C and add Part C. Adjust the pH 6.5–7.0 if necessary.

Description: This simple-process, oil-in-water sunscreen formulation requires
no heating. It provides broad spectrum sun protection using only non-organic,
non-whitening mineral UV filters: HallBrite EZ-FLO TDX and HallBrite
EZ-FLO ZDX. Florasolvs Macadamia-16 acts as a second emulsifier and leaves
skin feeling smooth and soft. In vitro analysis delivered SPF~42, PFA (PPD) ~7
performance with critical wavelength 377 nm.
