Dissolve UV filters in Alkyl benzoate, heat. Mix rest of oil part, heat to melt with mixing. Add UV filter blend. Once all parts are at ~80°C slowly add aqueous to oil with stirring, increase speed ensuring no air entrapment. Cool with stirring to ~30°C, add preservative with stirring. Adjust pH to 5.5 with 10% citric acid. QS as required.
