founded in 2017; located in Zhuji City,
Zhejiang Province, China, the18-building
aerosol industrial park is scheduled to be
completed in 2019.
According to Qinghui Shao, General Manager,
Aiyinuo is committed to safety, energy
savings, efficiency, cleanliness, Green
operations and environmental friendliness.
The range of aerosol product categories
filled will include Medical, Food, Personal
Care, Household Care and others. The facility
will offer research, design, manufacture,
warehousing and logistics services, as well
as OEM and ODM one-step processing
services to domestic and overseas aerosol
brands.
Aiyinuo Technology Co. was designed
by the Chemical Design Institute (formerly
Ministry of Chemical Industry). The investment
was $100 million, and the park covers
an area of approximately 120,000 square
meters and a building area of 130,000
square meters. Production capacity is projected
to be 300 million aerosol cans filled
per year.
The facility is situated 200 kilometers
(124 miles) from Shanghai and 90 kilometers
(55 miles) from Hangzhou. It is strategically
located near both Xiaoshan International
Airport and Yiwu Airport, as well as
the Zhuji high-speed rail station, Shanghai
Port and Ningbo Port.
The main equipment has been imported
from Europe, including two Swiss Pamasol
filling lines (accuracy ±0.02 g), two Italian
Cos.ma.r binary packing and filling lines
and one SORA high-speed filling line (250
22 Spray March 2019
cans/minute) from Turkey.
These are matched with
10 domestic, fully automatic
filling, water bath
leakage detection and
automatic weighing production
lines. With robot
packaging and intelligent
palletizing, production
capacity can reach up to
one million cans per day,
said Qinghui Shao.
There are 18 buried
storage tanks in the
storage area, with a capacity of 50 cubic
meters per unit. This includes eight propellant
tanks and 10 solvent tanks supported
by PLC and SIS security systems. A MES
formula is used to control the manufacturing
process in batching systems with the
matching of 0.25T to 10T series batching
tanks. Four Class A workshops (with a total
area of 7000m2), two Class C workshops
(with a total area of 3500m2) and four clean
filling workshops comply with the highest
cleanliness standards, according to the
company. The factory is equipped with
10,000 square meters of Class A and 20,000
square meters of Class C storage warehouses,
providing customers with comprehensive
and advanced logistics transit services.
The pure water system is designed and
manufactured by BWT Germany.
