Add Avicel PC 611 slowly while mixing. Once completely dispersed add Manucol DH. Homogenize or use a Silverson mixer once powders are fully dispersed. Mix for 15 minutes. Add Part C ingredients to the batch, one by one with mild agitation. In separate heating/mixing vessel add Part D deionized water. Add Part D, Gelcarin PC 379 and ESP Xanthan Gum Non-GMO slowly while mixing and heating. Heat and stir until 83°C. Stop heat, maintain gentle mixing, and cool below 50°C. Add warm Part D to the main mixing vessel batch and mix for 10-15 minutes. Add Part E ingredients and mix for 10-15 minutes. Adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 with Citric Acid if needed.
