European aerosol production breaks record in 2014... European aerosol production figures were recently released by the European Aerosol Federation (FEA). Aerosol units produced in Europe totaled 5.652 billion in 2014, up from 5.528 billion in 2013—an increase of 2.2%. This represents the largest number of aerosols filled in Europe to date. Personal care products accounted for 56.58% of production, while Household Care accounted for 21.96%. Top products in these categories were AP/Deo and Air Fresheners, respectively. The UK led production with 26.7%, followed closely by Germany (24.59%). France (12.44%), Italy (9.39%), The Netherlands (6.67%) and Russia (6.37%) followed.
