The American Spraytech Story American Spraytech specializes in mid-sized runs of Personal Care Cosmetics and OTC Drug Products. Our facilities are FDA, cGMP, and ISO 13:485 compliant. We currently operate three TTV aerosol-filling lines and one BOV line. Beginning April 2016, we are commissioning two new state-of-the-art aerosol lines. The original plant was established in 1982 as PEL Associates, Inc. American Spraytech acquired the plant in 2003, and in the last 5 years alone, our business has tripled. With the completion of our newest production facility next Spring, what began as a 25,000 square foot building with two propellant tanks will have expanded to a 200,000 square foot campus encompassing six buildings and twelve propellant tanks. American Spraytech's plant is located in the heart of NJ's pharma corridor, and is less than an hour from the cosmetic capital of New York City. Lalwani President and CFO Allen operated Drug Emporium franchise stores for 13 years prior to acquiring the facility in 2003. He holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University. Robert Swiatecki Industry Veteran and Operations Specialist Bob co-founded the plant with Bill Lueschen in 1982, and has served as Director of Operations at AST. Bob set up the original filling lines and tank farm at the plant. Prior to starting the business, Bob ran operations at Diamond Aerosol as well as Contact Industries in New York. Kevin Devlin Director of Manufacturing Kevin began his career with Precision Valve and has 30 years of operations expertise in cosmetic packaging and medical equipment industries. Kevin holds a Business Management degree from Pace University. Robert Flaherty Manager of Operations Bob is the Vice President of the Eastern Aerosol Association. Bob previously served as Director of International Sales & Operations, Power Container Continuous Dispensing Systems for 13 years prior to joining AST in 2011. Dorothy Dymnioski Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager Dorothy has served with distinction for the last seven years. Prior to joining AST, she served as the Quality Assurance Manager of Medicia Corp. for seven years. Deepak Jariwala Quality Control Manager Deepak has ensured product integrity at AST for the last ten years, having previously served as an Analytical Chemist at L'oreal, USA. Deepak holds an MBA degree with a BSc. in Physics.
